Pizzaya Card

Terms & Conditions:

•  For every minimum dine-in, delivery & take-out purchase of P700, a customer is entitled for a pre-stamped Pizzaya Card.
• Stamp stickers are valid only for delivery and take-out transactions.
• Only one (1) stamp can be claimed per minimum purchase of P700
• This card must be presented upon ordering.
• Redemption of freebies must be claimed on the same Sam’s Pizza Branch where the card is received.
• Cannot be combined with Gift Certificates and Flash Sales.
• Card is valid 6 months from the date of issuance

Mechanics:

• Customers should present the card if the minimum purchase met. “No card, no stamp policy”
• For delivery, riders can bring the card for stamp or customers who have met the minimum purchase.

• 10th stamp : Pizzaya Bundle A
• 15th stamp : Grande Size of Fourtastic Pizza
• 20th stamp : Pizzaya Bundle B
